) They sound WONDERFUL and chime in the slightest of breezes...need to play around with location. I do have to admit though that I was/am a tad disappointed with the "quality"....not really the term I'm looking for 
....they seem a bit whimpy compared to my Corinthian Bells chimes, but then they are very heavy duty. In any case their sound more then makes up for being on the whimpy side.
