tarev. good details and will be helpful. I had gardened in part shade in my old house and my semps did wonderful. When I moved to my new house and being excited to have full sun garden options I planted all my semps in full sun.

I had no idea why I lost all my semps until reading trial like your description that full sun is not the best condition. Your post will save a lot gardeners pain of losing their semps.
