It is a .Euphorbia trigona 'Royal Red. It is always red but I grow it in full sun in the summer and it gets whatever sun it can get in the winter indoors.

I brought it at a discount store that did not even sell plants but had a few little cactus and succulents in small nursery pots for 1.00. I was looking for a pic of when I first put it in this pot. It was only a little 2" baby.
