This is the one I was talking about, Varina-Enon Bridge. It was huge and the cable supports were between the 2 road decks, so not even and illusion of sides.
Sister threatened my life if we ever went that way again. It is on the 295 Richmond bypass. We went thru Richmond the next time. I actually did not feel like we saved any time on the bypass, could have been the time we went thru though.
