Thanks.....I did bake the zucchini (apple) bars this morning. OMGGGGGGGGGG it's to die for. No one will every know it's made from zucchini ,no apples what so ever in it. Everyone I gave a sample to said it had to be apple in it. The look of surprise when I said nope it's zucchini. This recipe is getting laminated to the inside of my kitchen cabinet door so I will never loose it.
