Sorry purple I missed this. I had priced the greenhouses disconnected from the house and the (solarium) is a glass inclosed room. Solarium is just a better description of what I priced. Because I will only need 3 walls of glass and I have the door leading to the roof of the garage off the spare bedroom. It is cheaper than a free standing greenhouse by thousands of dollars. Building a greenhouse was almost the cost of building a small house. I cannot afford that.
This is what is going to go in next year it will just be over the garage. The garage is a 3 car so it will be a good size and I hope I will have enough room for my houseplants and tropicals for the winter.
