Gerie, you might want to check out the new feature that Dave just added to the Multi-plant photos. It is very well suited to mapping what plants are where, and you can make it private so only you can see it. Take a look at this thread:

Multi-Plant photos are pretty easy to do, once you get the hang of it. Just a thought.
