Is that all ? Geesh, I've been exercising and watching what I eat and have already gained three pounds ! I am not going to let myself even believe there is such a thing as chocolate in the whole wide world !
I ran out of produce ... only half a head of cabbage in the refrigerator ... and had to go to the local market for some veggies and fruit until I go down the mountain next week for grocery shopping. The
only things that caught my eye as "good to eat" were the things I am trying to avoid for a while. Once I have lost some weight, including those three pounds, I'll let myself have them in moderation. One bite of chocolate will kill all inclination to moderation ...
