When my husband created a long flower bed for me, the variety of seeds contained white yarrow. It is his very favorite plant (for someone who doesn't care about plants really), so I always kept a little of it around. But it was spreading so much, I had to pull a lot of it up.

Since that time 10-12 years ago, I have purchased another yarrow and I believe it is Tutti Frutti, but am not sure. However, I just love it and plan on getting even more.

Did not know of its benefit to the compost or that it could be divided and transplanted so easily. I will be checking out the garden centers next spring because I really would like to incorporate more of these long blooming beauties into my garden.
May all your weeds be wildflowers. ~Author Unknown
