When might the first of those seedlings bloom next year and when might the seedling bloom peak?
As daylily seedlings grow, new leaves become visible (in the centre of the fan) every few days. Once the fan starts to build its scape there is a delay in producing the next new leaf. Then some daylilies start to produce new leaves again and the scape becomes visible but others do not produce any new leaves for some time while the scape is being produced.
Have you noticed whether your seedlings stop producing new leaves at any time before their scapes become visible? When they produce their first scapes are they usually still one fan or do they typically have multiple fans?
