Self-sown plants will bloom here for a good three months, Ronnie; right up until about the second frost. My direct sown (late... July6th) plants began blooming about the 3rd week in August, so those bloomed just shy of two months.

These were the direct sown. Pics were taken October 17th.

I love them for their late summer color...when most everything else is done or looking shabby. Smiling
