February is the most challenging month for my caudiciforms. Many are waking up, but it is not safe to put them back outside yet. Sad
Temperatures are in the 70's on some days, with beautiful sunshine and then there are low's down in the 30's on a few nights. Some days are dreary, wet and cold, staying in the 50's all day. And this happens all in a weeks time. Week after week. Shrug! :
But I am cheerful Smiling Big Grin Smiling
Heat mats and lights need to be set up. Seeds of more caudicforms and pachycaul trees need to be sown.
There is a lot to do to get ready for the anticipated day of plants returning to the outdoors. I definitely need more sun where the plants are going. A few more smallish trees need to come down and all the trimmings and brush to clear. (l'm on a wooded lot). Then repair and set up the shelves and what not.
Yes, Spring is a coming! Hurray! Hurray! Hurray!
l am most grateful for all the seasons, especially Spring.
