I admit,
yellow was the only term I could think of.
Yellow daylilies are very cheerful in the garden, especially past the peak of bloom. I strongly feel that every garden, no matter how small, should have at least
one yellow daylily, even if it is *gasp* a miniature daylily, in a pot:

Since I just pitched out a couple of rusty yellows, I ordered and am awaiting delivery this season of two more resistant ones. (I am reluctantly breaking a rule on height here as these two daylilies are shorter than I like, but I wanted them for their rust resistance (I have hybridizing plans), and if need be, I can always put them into pots.)
