First of all, Welcome! Always good to see new members.

You said they don't seem dried out, just a color change and that it's been colder than usual. Some plants do change color when the temps drop. It isn't anything to worry about. I don't know what your plant is but with the info you've given, that would be my guess. Things should green up with warmer temps. If not or if leaves dry out and fall off, a closer inspection is in order.
