The Earlicheer continue

I don't yet see any sign of Full Throttle or Sun Disc popping up at all. Sighing! I'm trying to be patient.

An odd thing has happened. Dec. of 2013 I planted Tete-A-Tete bulbs along a ridge either side of a pergola out back. The ones planted on the east side all came up last year but did not bloom. Of the ones I planted on the west side only 2 groups came up & weakly at that. I can NOT understand why those didn't all come up like the other side -- nothing made sense -- they were all planted on the same day at the same depth. So I thought for sure they were goners. Now, those are coming up! Confused They are running about 2-3 weeks behind the ones on the east side but darned if they don't all appear to be coming up. I am totally surprised. I thought since they did not come up last year they would not be able to make enough food to emerge this year. I figured they rotted or just plain died or something. I never expected they would lay dormant & then appear this year. We will see if any of the Tete-A-Tete's bloom this year. So far no sign of buds yet but I'm still hoping.
I am a strong believer in the simple fact is that what matters in this life is how we treat others. I think that's what living is all about. Not what I've done in my life but how I've treated others. ~~ Sharon Brown
