Heisteria silvianii, it is pictured on the homepage of Flora SBS!

There are two species listed in the Flora do Brazil for that area.
Heisteria perianthomega and Heisteria silvianii.

Heisteria perianthomega doesn't look like it, nor the flower nor the thicker leaves.
