I bought my first ever heucheras last summer, both Georgia Peach. They are planted in the same bed, part sun, about 6 feet apart. The one that got more sun didn't do well at all, the one in less sun thrived. We also had drought here last year, with unusually hot days all summer. I didn't expect the stressed one to survive winter, but it surprised me and did return. It's not nearly as big as the other plant, but both are looking healthy. The one in more shade has been blooming like crazy for a long time, since early spring. The other one, not so much, but it has put up a few stems of flowers.
This year our weather is just the opposite of last year- more cool, cloudy days and rain like crazy. We have had twice our normal year-to-date rainfall, and my two Georgia Peach seem to be loving this weather. While they are basically heat and sun tolerant, they obviously have their limit.
I also wintersowed some heuchera this year with good results. It was "Firefly" from Swallowtail

I planted out a few clumps of seedlings in shady spots, and they're doing well. They seem to like this wet weather.
So while I'm very new to heuchera, I'm liking them a lot. I enjoy dropping by this cubit occasionally and reading all your posts, seeing your pictures.
