Me too, on the tissue versus cultured. Not sure I understand yet but I always seem to get nice big roots and tubers or whatever so no worry. At least I think 'no worry.'
Bought a text book on botany as I am working on the accessions database at our local botanical garden and really am pretty ignorant on the more complicated stuff. Right now am researching plants that we seem to be the only one having. According the BCGI. Making sure it isn't just a spelling issue or a period in the wrong place. THAT I can do.
