My PHC from Fina Gardens, planted last fall, has a bud. I'm not sure what the newly planted PHC from Pikes will do, it's full of stems, but I haven't checked it to see if buds are present.

I gave my newly planted peonies some Neptune's Fish and Seaweed fertilizer. I got this ideas from Cricket Hill. It will be interesting to see if I can keep this up every 2-3 weeks like they recommend😳
