Always fun to make chocolate, but it takes a long time to turn out good (conching). Therefore Chocolate on special occasions & gifts ( if the small batch product is good).
Vanilla is just starting to produce the season's flowers. Will track the routine of pollinating Vanilla flowers as they mature.
