Jack Snipe has been one of my "come back kids". Almost lost them completely, and don't recall what happened, but one lonely bulb survived and kept coming back. I gave it a little extra tlc, and it's back to being a sweet little clump.

Since I began growing Daffodils, I've known that many have cups that change color as the bloom matures. Until the last couple of years, I hadn't realized some have petals that change color as the bloom matures too. First and second photos below are Wisley. This is my first year with it, but the unique flower shape and flaring trumpet make me think it's labeled correctly. The third below is Las Vegas, and oddly I don't recall the petals starting out yellow last year. Again, the bloom looks right in every other aspect, but I'll be watching these closely. I looked at photos from last year, and I can tell these are definitely the same bulbs, but last year the petals seemed to start off white.
