Name: Leslieray Hurlburt Sacramento California (Zone 9b)
This is a mystery to me, something I havn't seen before but pehaps someone can provide and expanation or ID for this one. It is all of fifteen inches tall and the fan is less than half that. You can see other standard boarder bearded fans behind. I'm very intrigued.
