I've been growing the Orientals and Orienpets for about 15 years among the daylilies. Love the fragrance and visitors love it too. BUT, one bulb planted will make a huge clump in five years and encroach on the daylilies. Some of the Orienpets are also very tall ( 8' or better) so they have to be placed in the very back of the garden. I've got to lift many of these clumps of lilies this fall. I don't have space to keep them all so will probably sell the excess. Can't find all the garden pics but these might give an idea of the clumps of lilies incorporated in the garden. Well actually these only show a couple of clumps. The Orienpets bloom later and these might be OT's because they bloom right during the main bloom season.
