That cactus with red blooms is :Aporocactus flagelliformis or rat tail cactus;

The succulent below it with that furry leaf with brown stripes at the leaf edge is: Kalanchoe tomentosa
Succulent beside it with that pointy succulent leaf is Austocylindropuntia subulata or Eve's needle.
Succulent with yellow leaves closer to the front of the photo I think is some type of sedum.

The bigger succulent with that reddish rosettes looks like Graptoveria 'Fred Ives'

The more green colored succulent looks like another type of sedum, I think.
