Fiat, here are the pictures. This is the gasteria. I've never had a gasteria before so I don't know what to expect size-wise, but the larger ones are probably 6 inches wide.

The aloe pictures might not do you much good since it is so overgrown with @#$% vinca. The plant is probably 18 inches tall without the flower stalk.
