I was doing a bit of weeding this morning, and discovered a patch of daisies with similar leaves to your seedlings.
Took a photo, but no way to upload from iPod.
I have a picture of the plant in bloom on this post from 2011:

Seems more likely that you'd get flower seeds when you purchase flower seed... Rather than some iffy vegetable.
