Yes, I was lucky I think. This year it got warm in a hurry, then we hit a cool spell for a few weeks which worked out just right. It hurt the daylily blooms, but I think it was perfect for freesia here, it won't happen often. This may be a one in a lifetime event. Very unusual to have temps in the 50's for several weeks in late April and early May in this part of the state.
