Yeah, that other video is in Tag-lish again and uses canned banana blossoms.

This video shows cooking the fresh banana blossom..sorry the running instructions is in Tag-lish..but pretty much you can follow the way she strips the blossom and chops it down then cooking it. She has added shrimp paste, broth cube, crushed garlic and fish flakes and a dash of salt and sugar too which I saw at the end. Pretty much saute, simmer, allow for some reduction and serve while hot.
