My Crassula has developed these black spots and some of the new leaves have turned black and died. I'm really perplexed because the plant seems very healthy otherwise. The black spots and dying leaves are only on one side of the plant. very odd. There's One little spidar living on the bad side of the plant but I let him stay there because he seems harmless and I figured he'd kill any harmful bugs that try to live on the plant. I don't think that it is from over watering because I use a moisture reader and water very carefully. Any ideas?
