I'm very new to growing Adeniums but would like to learn this method. Sorry if I ask a lot of questions. Can this be done to a seedling as well as a more mature plant? After cutting the initial plant at stage 1 do you have to dry off then put in neem oil and how soon do you plant thereafter? Also do you place the plant directly on the soil or do you put on a plastic disc to spread the roots out? Thanks
