It was growing by the river..
I think it must belong to the Fabaceae, looked on various sites in that family, for a moment I thought maybe a Dahlstedtia species, there are 4 of them in the region, I googled them all, but no match so I'm stuck..
Now I also noticed the seedpods on the photo before the last, that looks like Acer-like?
So maybe not Fabaceae
