That's a pretty spot, Vivian. I have many Hostas that get half day sun and do pretty well. My favorite hosta for sun all day, or shade, or anything you can throw at it is Francee. It's an old one that is attractive and never lets you down even when it fails to have enough water. I have given so many of those plants away, and it just fills right back in again.
