Hi all!
My sister has some cuttings that she put into the ground last Fall, I believe...Some of the lower leaves are looking silvery, and beginning to curl. Any ideas here? All of her well established plumeria look great. Healthy and blooming. I thought it almost looked like a powdery mildew, but I've never seen it on plumeria before. Thanks for looking, and any opinions you may have.
