Ken you are lucky with no rust I agree with Hetty, it is part of life here. I don't treat mine but I do trim the leaves to remove rust when I can. I think I'm a month behind Hetty on blooms.

Tarev, the inflo of your yellow plumeria is doing well, you will Most likely see a bloom in a couple weeks.
