It is indeed a lovely, elegant daylily, Palmandan, fragrant too. I took another picture of mine, this time from the side. Presumably Fay may have published a picture of it somewhere, maybe in the AHS Journal of the time. I have some Journals from the 80's but not sure that I have any from the 70's but I will look.
