When the flowers are old enough so that both the pollen florets and the stigmas are clearly seen, and you can see pollen then you can pollinate them with a tiny artist's paint brush. A magnifier is a very good idea.

In ZenMan's pictures above, the red/white one isn't open far enough for any pollen to show, but the purple one is almost there.
