Depends on the manure (I wouldn't use poultry manure for daylilies) and how much you need. I'm thinking you'd probably need, the first year, to add one or two inches as a top dressing or to work in so you'd need to calculate how many cu. ft. or metres you need. If it's a lot it may be worth asking at a local farm or equestrian centre if they can supply any. When we had horses and sheep we'd let people come and take what we didn't need.
