My holidays, as usual now happening in the south of the Drôme, just north of Mont Ventoux.
This year I have not been to new heights, but I was observing stations houseleek I had already been seen in previous years.
It has not rained in the area for two months, so that the plants are thirsty or die from lack of water.

We went to observe the Vultures that we had not seen last year. This time, they were present in numbers!

The Sempervivum calcareum are difficult to see between Thymus sp.

The mountain of the Baume Noire (Drôme, France)

We redid this beautiful ballad around the Black Balsam via the Col de la Posterle left, via a path behind the mountain and back down to the right by the Col de Mirmande

Petrosedum sediforme

Mont Ventoux (Vaucluse, France)

We now know recently that two species Sempervivum [/ i] Mont Ventoux.
Previously, it was thought that there was a species. [I] Sempervivum tectorum [/ i] was mistaken [i] withSempervivum calcareum

Sempervivum tectorum is only known from a single location, but I have received information to the effect that he would be present elsewhere. New excursions in prospect!
