The little golden yellow flowers are an indication, too. My grandmother recently had a similar looking vine growing in her yard that, at first glance, I thought was Melothria pendula but then discovered was Passiflora lutea instead upon closer inspection. I've read that the Passiflora lutea can be a little overly enthusiastic, too, but it's demurely cute and could be a host plant for some butterfly species. Yours is not the Passiflora, though. The flowers look like Melothria from what I can see in the pic.
