Thanks for the welcome, yep, 1948 was a great year for me too. Although looking back at it I don't feel so great at 66. I had to buy one as last year I had so many plants and we just could not fit them into the house anymore for the winter. I've now got about twice as many thus the reason I bought the 2nd one and the fact that it was 1/2 price. If you noticed the propane tanks out front I have no electricity out to it so bought what I though would be a sufficient heater from Lowes. It worked pretty well though to save on propane I had to use it on the low setting and hope for the best as far as the temperature went. This year with the other one up I plan on getting a generator to put between them for running a box fan or two in each to circulate the air and some lights. Probably will get a larger heater for the one containing the orchids also. Here are a couple of photos of how it looked this fall and winter.
