I am a gardener in St paul MN that's zone 4. who would like to reach out and see if anyone in the deep south ( or pacific northwest) would grow a heirloom corn for me from baker creek. Its called Kulli corn, a dark incan corn used to make a cold drink like lemonate in both fermented and non fermented forms. i would split the harvest/ you would ship some of it to my address when ripe. and I would order the corn seed off baker creek pay for shipping and next year ship it to your address. I just live in a zone that cant grow this gem of an heirloom not a long enough growing season. you can save seed next year too if you like. Kulli corn was discovered by joe and patrick simcox biotanical explorers featured on rareseeds.com
