Ken, no one is discounting your business. Karen is obviously new to orchids so advising her to check in with local sources to see what does well in her area is solid advise. Once she knows what suits her fancy, perhaps she will want to check into mail order plants.

By the way, the Eurychone rothschildiana I bought from you is about ready for the compost pile. It has slowly declined since arrival, has showed no hint of new growth and I have no idea why. Too bad as I wanted to see that one bloom.
