I have seen 'hedges' of Limelight used, in pictures, but in areas with large trees and a lot of green of other vegetation to set it off, but this is just so featureless, has zero impact. I suppose for reasons, view, neighbors, etc. that they didn't want something tall, but I would rather see any type of tall hedge if they were going to be using only one plant as the featured hedge.. There are just so many ways they could have gone with that and that's what they came up with...really?

Of course, I should not be so critical...lol...here I am on this tiny lot and I'm cramming in everything possible and I'm sure there will be people looking at this and, likewise, saying...REALLY?

I usually do not do any type of foundation planting since we will always need to get at things on the house, painintg, tearing a wall out, etc...but I have so many things to plant and so little room..today I'm trying to see where I can squeeze in romneya and dierama...they both need to get into the ground NOW...I think I need to dig out more sod....sigh...or see what and where I can plant against the house...things that would not mind being disturbed if having to be moved att a moment's notice...
I could be wrong...
and.....
