Unfortunately I am a terrible overwaterer and Paphs just can't take that. I got rid of mine except for Paph primulinum, which is not a multifloral.

I do know that multiflorals can be notoriously difficult to bloom as well as slow. Blooming size is a relative term. Can you post photos and names?
