There is premium grade, high quality vinyl fencing that basically lasts forever and never even needs repainting. The color is the vinyl itself, not a painted surface. I am sure you can find what you are looking for on the web and perhaps your big-box stores can even special order it for you. There is also composite material and concrete board, but I think you would have to paint those materials and re-paint every few years to keep it looking pristine.
