Drying by air or in the microwave is easy: I place stems on paper towels, on a safe plate, then cover with another double folded paper towel. Microwave for 30 seconds. Remove and check. If not fully dry, recover and try for 10 seconds more, then let set until cool. The leaves easily strip right off the stem (as seen) and can then be stored. To use, just crush in your palms, and sprinkle in sauces, on pizza, or in a salad. Since this hybrid is a combination of Oregano and Thyme, it is so good as a seasoning for any and all Italian dishes.
