I finally discovered what this is. A seller on eBay came up with it and is sending me more of it. This is Sedum Variegata makinoi. I know that doesn't look like a normal botanical name, but that is the closest I've been able to come to it. Apparently it is a Japanese plant and is hardy to zone 5. It grows in mounds and is lovely trailing over the side of walls and pots.
