I love Custard Candy and have had it for 13 years. It's only fault, which is really not a fault, is that it has a short scape. I realize a lot of people prefer the shorter scapes but I prefer taller 28" or above. This plant is fertile both ways and I find it does well in hot sun. I had 3 way branching this year with a 14 bud count. Increase is average on this cultivar.
