Sunflower seed experts, I need your help! I know varieties like Mammoth Grey are grown for their tasty seeds, but I don't know if other varieties such as my "Evening Sun" and "Autumn Beauty" also produce edible seeds. Confused I purchased them as organic seeds, so I want to assume that they are edible, but it's better to be safe than sorry.
