I'm sure your guests will be wow'ed by your awesome plants! I can't wait to see what you come up with.

This doesn't look great yet, but I have confidence the ornamental purslane (Portulaca umbraticola) pieces I stuck in the bottom will recover. This isn't really a planter, it was the lid to a little Wardian case but the bottom part rusted too badly to keep around. I hung the lid upside-down, lined with window screen, added some plants and squirrels promptly tore it apart. Added a 2nd round of babies with a rock in the middle and that's been going well. The Portulaca was added last weekend by snipping holes in the window screen & sticking cuttings in.
